Brian Armstrong, co-founder and CEO of leading cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase, indicated on the 10th that regulatory clarity for cryptocurrencies will advance through rule-making by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), even if the Clarity Act fails to pass, CNBC reported.
