The cryptocurrency wallet 'MetaMask' announced on its official website on September 30 that it is responding to a security incident affecting part of its infrastructure. At present, it states that 'no imminent threat to MetaMask wallets has been identified.'
The company is collaborating with external partners and security advisors to address the issue internally. The cause and scope of the incident have not been disclosed.
