Withdrawal of Regulation Proposal

The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) under the U.S. Treasury revealed on the 5th that it will withdraw the October 2023 regulation proposal that imposed reporting and record-keeping obligations on financial institutions regarding cryptocurrency mixing related to foreign transactions.
