[NEWS] double jump.tokyo releases Oasys Passport, a wallet specifically for Oasys

On the 7th, double jump.tokyo, which handles blockchain games, announced the release of the alpha version of "Oasys Passport," a wallet app specialized for the game-specific blockchain Oasys.

The wallet is provided by Oasys Wallet, a wholly owned subsidiary of double jump.tokyo.

Oasys Passport is a wallet developed with blockchain game beginners in mind. It focuses on lowering the barrier to entry by improving the use of difficult language and complicated operations, which are one of the challenges in the industry.

Oasys Passport has also completed support for BRAVE FRONTIER HEROES, which is currently running on HOME Verse operated by double jump.tokyo. Support for applications and games in the Oasys ecosystem will continue to be added from time to time.

One of the main features of Oasys Passport is its UI, which focuses on ease of understanding. In particular, it displays the message when the user signs in an easy-to-understand manner, and writes the interpretation in an easy-to-understand way, which gives users a sense of security.

In addition, the UI will display game assets in a unified way, and future updates will support off-chain asset display, which is adopted in blockchain game architectures, and display and send crypto assets (virtual currencies) acquired in games.

Oasys Passport also appears to have a seamless specification that does not require users to be aware of the concept of chains.

Oasys has a layer 2 chain called Verse-Layer, which makes it possible to build a "Verse" as a unique blockchain. Since anyone can build one by holding a certain amount of OAS, Oasys' governance token, it is expected that game development will continue to be carried out on various verses in the future.

Existing wallets require users to add and specify networks, but Oasys Passport is designed with multi-chains in mind, so users do not need to do this. This means that all verses in Oasys can be used.

In addition, a function that visualizes assets acquired by users through gameplay will be released soon. In addition, they plan to provide an Instant Wallet SDK that allows users to start blockchain games without installing a wallet, and to implement Oasys-specific functions such as token bridging and staking within the app.
