Three Plaintiffs Sue Apple, Claiming Theft of 300 Million Yen Worth of BTC from Wallet App

Apple Faces Lawsuit

It has been revealed that three users of a cryptocurrency Bitcoin (BTC) wallet, available on the tech giant Apple's App Store, have filed a lawsuit against the company. The plaintiffs claim that they were defrauded of approximately $1.8 million (about 300 million yen) in total due to using the said wallet. They allege that Apple's review of the app was insufficient and are accusing the company of legal violations.
