Expanding the XRP Financial Strategy

Nasdaq-listed VivoPower International (hereafter, VivoPower) announced on the 1st that it has raised $19 million (approximately 2.8 billion yen) through the issuance of additional common stock for its cryptocurrency (virtual currency) XRP financial strategy.

The raised funds will be utilized to expand the XRP financial strategy and for debt repayment. The newly issued common stock has been purchased by long-term institutional investors from the US and around the world, indicating strong support for VivoPower's XRP financial strategy.
