[NEWS] DMM Crypto raises funds to expand Web 3.0 finance services

DMM Crypto, a domestic cryptocurrency (virtual currency) company, announced on the 18th that it has raised funds with global investment company Neoclassic Capital (Florida, USA) as a lead investor and has signed a new global strategic partnership with quantitative training company Presto.

DMM Crypto will accelerate the expansion of its financial services and global expansion that support the Web 3.0 economic sphere that it aims to achieve.

DMM Crypto was established in January 2023 with the aim of developing Web 3.0 businesses such as blockchain games and NFT projects. It aims to build a sustainable and new Web 3.0 economic sphere called "Seamoon Protocol" in which various businesses and creators participate.

The Web 3.0 project "Seamoon Protocol" was launched in 2023 to provide a new entertainment experience in the digital space using its own token.

In the future, they will release their own blockchain "DM2 Verse" on the Oasys Layer 2 chain, issue their own token "Seamoon Protocol (SMP)", and offer blockchain games.

They aim to build a digital economic sphere on a multi-chain that combines currencies and assets including their own tokens, and in the future to establish a solid and sustainable economic sphere in which many businesses and individual creators can participate.

Participating in the DePIN Mapping Project

DMM Crypto released "Kanpani☆Girls RE:BLOOM", a blockchain game based on "Kanpani☆Girls", which has been played by a total of 2.5 million people, this month. In the future, they will release the full-scale NFT trading card game "KAMIYAGURA", "Crazy Poker Zone" which combines amusement poker with city development elements, NFT game "Coin Musme" featuring idol characters with cryptocurrency motifs, turn-based strategy game "Kyrie & Terra" from Thailand, digital prize on-crane "BOUNTY HUNTERS", sequel to the hit simulation game "Crypto Miner 2", and NFT card game "Cross the Ages" which is popular all over the world.

In addition to games, they plan to develop various Web 3.0 projects such as solving social issues and financing services.

In August of this year, they partnered with "Hivemapper", a blockchain-based DePIN mapping project that uses AI and dedicated dash cameras to collect map data, and began a demonstration experiment including free and business using vehicles owned by corporations.

As the lead investor, Neoclassic Capital will support DMM Crypto through funding as well as its unique global network and strategic insights.

In addition, together with Presto, the company will accelerate the expansion and global expansion of financing services that support the Web 3.0 economic sphere "Seamoon Protocol."
