According to the announcement, the background to the establishment of the Web3 Human Resources Management Association is the limited number of people working in the Web3.0 industry. The Web3.0 industry based on blockchain technology has grown rapidly both domestically and internationally, with innovative technologies and new business models emerging. However, the shortage of human resources is a current issue and is a major challenge for the development of the industry.
To address these issues, the Web3 Human Resources Management Association will take on the initiative of developing human resources that will support the growth of the Web3.0 ecosystem.
The main initiatives are listed below.
- Qualification courses: Developing certification programs for beginners to advanced users. Providing a wide range of content including basic theories, practical exercises, and the latest technology trends.
- Study groups and workshops: Regular study groups will be held online and offline to share the latest technologies and skills useful for practical work.
- Establishment of subcommittees: Establishing subcommittees specializing in specific areas and industries, where experts and practitioners can gather and promote discussion and joint research.
In addition, the Web3 Human Resources Management Association will offer the following three membership plans for individuals and companies.
- Individual members: Invited to participate in events and able to participate in educational programs.
- Corporate Membership: In addition to the benefits of individual membership, special programs for companies are offered.
- Premium Corporate Membership: In addition to all the benefits, it includes invitations to special events and the inclusion of the company's logo.
Going forward, the Web3 Human Resource Management Association plans to focus on creating content through collaboration with a variety of companies and associations. It also explained that it plans to start selling books from next year onwards.
